A consistent pulp quality is very important, it is the base for a uniform products quality, and creates the best situation for optimization of the pulp thermoforming process. For example, a longer fiber for reinforcement might give an uneven edge formation and you might have to reduce the freeness and the forming consistency to compensate for this effect. To be able to optimize the process you have to familiarize yourself with the matrial characteristics. TPM supplies you with the right Stock Preparation Equipment, including pulping system, additive system, vacuum system and cleaning system, which can process various fibers, i.e. recycled agricultural fibers, waste paper and scrapped products. At the same time, TPM integrates the system in a closed loop to achieve water saving utilization.
